Strict Product Liability
This is a LegalHack@OKCon 2013 challenge from SwissRe.
Visualize applicable legal theories/rules by venue about Strict Product Liability (country, state or province).
Goals:
- Identify what can be the basis for a strict product liability claim (e.g. type of product). For example: products sold to consumers without further processing can be the basis for a claim in Germany but not in North Carolina, where contributory negligence applies.
