There is not yet an “Open Government Data Swiss Licence” like the one found in UK, see Open Government License (gov.uk) It would be great to get French & German translations of http://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1.0/ and an adaptation to Swiss laws. This challenge is being led by the Swiss http://www.creativecommons.ch/.
