===== Viewing infectious diseases using R software =====

Tools such as R combined with data SFOPH allow us to get a visualization of the evolution of infectious diseases in Switzerland.
The idea is to enable users to view data in accordance with the principles of grammar charts developed by Leland Wilkinson.

In addition it is to allow using free software approach epidemiology, respecting the principle of reproducible research, the code is available on request.

Currently the project does not contain all the available diseases, more dynamic implementation is not yet finalized, but it will be soon.
