We matched these numbers by hand with the location of the primary measuring stations found in the [[http://www.meteoschweiz.admin.ch/web/de/klima/messsysteme/boden.Related.0002.DownloadFile.tmp/neuestationsnamen.pdf|List of changed station names]], which we geocoded with OpenStreetMap's Nominatim.
