7th Swiss Open Cultural Data Hackathon - Online Edition
The 2021 Edition of the Swiss Open Cultural Data Hackathon is hosted by the ETH Library in Zurich and will take place online on April 16 & 17.
Related events with presentations and workshops have been scheduled on 13 and 15 April.
There will be a Warm-up Session on 3 March for newcomers as well as an Onboarding Session on 9 April for everyone who would like to get acquainted with the tools and the datasets a week ahead of the hackathon.

Posting Hackathon Challenges
- If you have a challenge or a project idea that you would like to work on together with other participants during the hackathon, please post it on our Challenge Page!
- Data providers are welcome to use the Challenge Page to advertise their (newly published) datasets, along with project ideas.

Introduction and Warm-up Session
Wednesday, 3 March 2021, 17:00 - 18:00 CET
During this session we will provide an introduction to the hackathon for newcomers. Some datasets will be presented and we will have the chance to brainstorm first project ideas together.
GLAMhack 2021 Onboarding Session
Friday, 9 April, 17:00 - 18:00 CEST
Meet one week ahead of the hackathon to get acquainted with the challenges and datasets that have already been published. The unfolding of the online hackathon will be explained and the tools and platforms will be presented.

LODEPA Hackathon Workshop (Performing Arts Data)

Hackathon workshop for members of the LODEPA network who want to take an active part in the hackathon. “LODEPA” stands for Linked Open Data Ecosystem for the Performing Arts. Anybody interested in working with performing arts related data is welcome to join. We are offering this workshop on the eve of the hackathon in order to accommodate our colleagues from the American East coast who will not be able to attend the program on Saturday morning.
