-Data visualizations can be as simple or complex as you desire; they can be static or dynamic, interactive or not.

-Each team will document their data visualization on the wiki. 
-

-The documentation should include:

-    * Project name/title and short description 
-    * Name of team and team members 
-    * Affiliation of team members and job titles 
-    * Data sets used 
-    * Software/resources/tools used (in preparing, computing and visualizing) 
-    * APIs used 
-    * Screenshots or videos of the result 
-    * Link to the result (if applicable) 
-    * Amount of time worked with the data set(s) prior to the event

-Each team will present their results to the judges on Sunday afternoon.

-Teams will present using their own computers.

-Projection equipment will be provided.

-The time allotted for each presentation is 2 minutes, plus 1 minute for Q&A.
