-The autumn 2011 and spring 2012 Open Data Camps in Switzerland were a big success. Hundreds of people have attended the events in Zürich, Lausanne and Geneva, dozens of pioneer projects were initiated and implemented. On **April 27, 2012** the Bern Open Data Camp brings thinkers and makers together in the Swiss capital around the theme of Open Government Data.
-**Note:** while the event page is in German, you don't need to speak it to take part! The event is open to  all, and we will endeavor to keep everyone on the same page regardless of which language they speak.
